Every once in a while, Emma gets a manicure and pedicure. She loves having painted finger and toe nails. She sits very patiently during the painting and drying. Then stares at them all day long. Their newness is gone as soon as the first chip occurs (Isn't that how it is for you too?). But chipped nails don't stop her from finding everyday items that match her nails. "Mama, your shirt matches my nails." Or "Mama, my shoes match my nails, Hooray!!!"
