Happiest Place on Earth

During our recent trip to California, Grandma Shelar, Papa, and I took Emma and Isla to Disneyland.  We all had so much fun!!!  Isla was obviously too young to really experience it, but she was in her own little 'happiest place on earth' in the Ergo Carrier on Mama.

Emma was through the moon with all of the exciting rides, characters, and activities to do, see, and experience.  It was a blast reliving one of my favorite childhood places through the eyes of my toddler.  Upon arrival Emma was fitted with a pair of Minnie Mouse ears, which she wore most of the day.  Although her favorite souvenir was a lollipop Grandma Shelar got her.  Her favorite rides included the Toon Town roller coaster and carousel.  Both of which she rode twice.  She had fun watching a parade and getting her face painted.  Here are some additional activities Emma (and Isla) enjoyed while at the "Happiest Place on Earth"!

I think it is safe to say both Grandma and
Emma were on cloud 9!

In line to ride her first ride: the Carousel.

Enjoying the spinning Tea Cups

Skipping along with Grandma.

Isla being a doll.

Emma got to meet Pluto - "He's nice."

Flexing her muscles in Toon Town.

Another ride on the Carousel.

A family shot on Pirates of the Caribbean - "I don't like pirates."

In line for a second trip on the Toon Town Roller Coaster.

Zonked out before the car even left the parking lot.
