Pre-School

In February, Emma became a Pre-Schooler.  A freaking pre-schooler!  How did that happen!?!?  She is so smart and independent, becoming quite the little lady.  At school (aka Colton's House), Emma enjoys her new room.  She transferred with a large group of children - so there are a lot of familiar faces.  Also, she has been reunited with a few friends that she used to hang out with in her old room who transferred earlier than her.  She also left behind a couple of special friends who won't transfer until later.  Including her buddy, Colton.  :(

She has a couple of new teachers who speak the world of her and apparently tell her she is little - at least that is what she reports back to us.  The activities in this classroom are more structured, with circle and activity times.  They seem to go outside more often, which she loves!

A couple of occasions, I've picked her up from school and she didn't want to leave.  Once I interrupted book time.  The second incident was when I showed up in the middle of a movie - a freaking movie!  She gave me a stern talking to about that one!  And hasn't stopped talking about it!!!
