Her BFF

As I have previously blogged, Lily is definitely Emma's BFF.  Now that Emma is mobile, she really enjoys following Lily around.  A couple of nights ago, Emma cornered Lily and was zeroing in on her tail.  When all of a sudden, Lily jumped right over Emma.  Lily's quick actions startled Emma and started her on a new path - follow Lily to the other side of the room.  "Chasing Lily" is a reoccurring activity that brings a lot of joy to Emma and her doting parents.

Lily always puts a smile on Emma's face.  They are both teaching each other many things - some good (like how to be nice, how to be patient) and others not so good (feeding Lily dinner from your dinner plate).

Lily has taught Emma how to beg for treats.

Emma likes to feed Lily by dropping her food on the floor.
