Pancakes are delicious, but especially when they are Grandpa's pancakes!!! Emma and I met Grandpa for breakfast at the
Red Arrow Diner in one of my favorite New Hampshire towns, Milford. Grandpa ordered a stack of yummy pancakes, while Momma got her typical, hash brown special. Emma was fascinated with Grandpa's pancakes. She poked them, touched them, inspected them with a spoon, and finally, tasted them. Good thing Grandpa didn't mind those little fingers all over his food. In fact, I think he really loved it!!!
