Itsy Bitsy Spider

It is probably her favorite song.  We can't drive anywhere without the whole family singing it at least once.  Emma usually requests one of us start, then demands the other one join in on the singing.  Its a family affair.  (I'll spare you that video.)

We live in New England, there are a lot of spiders.  We spend time in the woods, where there are a lot of spiders.  We have a spider colony the size of Boston living in our garage.  We come across a lot of spiders in our day-to-day lives.  Whenever Emma sees a spider she usually lets out a little "Eeek!", then wants to sing her favorite song.

Here is a recent video of Emma with Grandpa tracking the movements of a daddy long-legs spider with a few of those "Eeks!" that I referenced above.  Thanks Pepere for recording it.

Spiders are not the only thing she is tracking.  Here is another video of Emma watching a little "caterpillar".  Her description of what the caterpillar is doing is hilarious.
