Update on Sandy

We were very lucky and were spared Sandy's wrath.  Rain and wind on Monday night, and rain for the rest of the week.  We lost power for 24 hours.  In addition, most of the main roads were closed (temporarily) due to downed trees and/or flooding.  Utility workers and property owners were quick in addressing these issues and all of the routes were reopened yesterday.  The excitement was short-lived and life has returned to normal.

Unfortunately, NJ and NY has not been so lucky.  The streaming photos of the devastation are frightening.  My heart goes out to all who have lost something or someone in this storm.
